California Civil Air Patrol Employment Protection Act Added

California has added protections to its Labor Code guaranteeing unpaid leave for members of the civil air patrol, requiring their reinstatement upon the conclusion of their leave, and prohibiting discrimination or retaliation against employees who take leave.
