Pay Equity, Workplace Flexibility Initiatives Are DOL Priority

The U. S. Department of Labor will undertake several pay equity and workplace flexibility initiatives, including a new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) survey of businesses in 2011 and the start of a rulemaking process to get federal contractors’ input on improving the Equal Opportunity Survey, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis announced on July 20.
