¶250. Writing Job Descriptions: Why's and How's

Before I start hiring all these new people I am going to need to meet the requirements of this large contract, should I prepare job descriptions? If so, how should I go about it? There is no legal requirement that you have job descriptions — it really is the employer's call — but there are valid reasons for having them, as long as you keep them up to date and they are a true reflection of the job's tasks.
