CMS Warns that HRAs Are Subject To Medicare Secondary Payer Rules

Group health plans must submit information on individuals likely to be dually covered by Medicare. Now Medicare says plans will have to send information about health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), but only if the employer fully funds them, under rules taking effect Jan.
