California Court of Appeals Eases Criteria for Blocking Unions From Entering Private Commercial Property

Commercial property owners should have an easier time in getting a court order banning unions from entering their properties under a recent ruling by a California Court of Appeal. The court ruled July 19 that the mere threat of trespass on a owner's private property is legally sufficient to obtain an injunction preventing it, and that no other evidence of wrongdoing is required other than the threat or the actual trespass by itself.
