Taming the eDiscovery Beast: Proactive Measures to Slash Costs and Reduce Risks

Description

Electronic document management and eDiscovery are extremely significant but often overlooked areas of corporate operations -- until litigation occurs and an organization has to scramble to preserve, collect, review and produce potentially vast quantities of electronic records. But you do not have to fall victim to the menacing beast of e-discovery. Some simple strategies can help to "tame this beast" by significantly cutting the time required for eDiscovery and, more importantly, the associated risks and costs.

This 90-minute interactive audio conference will focus on proactive steps that organizations can take in advance of litigation to reduce ediscovery exposure, as well as proven cost control and cost reduction strategies once litigation strikes.

Program Highlights:

  • What three litigation preparation steps should organizations consider now, to reduce eDiscovery liability risks if and when litigation strikes?
