Michael Moss has been the Director of Workforce Analytics for Freddie Mac since October, 2003. While pursuing his PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, he worked for 4 years in the US Army Research Institute's Selection and Assignment Research unit assessing the ability of candidate personality and background inventories to predict soldier attrition & performance.
