Ohio Workers' Compensation Bureau Adopts Drug-free Safety Program

Effective July 1, 2010, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation on July 1 adopted a Drug-Free Safety Program (DFSP). The new program, which replaces the Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP), is mandatory for Ohio and non-Ohio companies that bid or work on state construction projects, including subcontractors.
