Forms 1-21 through 1-23. Offer Letters

Every employment relationship should begin with an offer letter that sets out the nature of the job and the terms and conditions of employment, including start date, salary, benefits, and vacation. It is also good practice to include a clear disclaimer that the letter does not create any contractual rights for the candidate, and that the employment offered is strictly at-will.
