Court Approves Large ADA Settlement Award Against Sears, Roebuck & Co.

Two hundred and thirty five former Sears, Roebuck & Co. employees who were terminated because they used up their workers' compensation leave will share in a $6. 2 million award, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced.
