Unemployment Insurance Benefits Properly Denied to Employee Who Didn't Pay Union Dues

An employee was ineligible for unemployment compensation because he failed to show good cause why he failed to pay his union dues during his 90-day probationary period of employment, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled.
